First of all, we are so pleased for you!

It is really exciting that you wish to get married, and that you wish to do so in one of the churches in the benefice.

It is such an important and significant moment in the lives of any couple and in the Athelney Benefice we recognise the importance of getting married through the ancient and profound Christian ceremony.

Marriage is often referred to as a solemn act of commitment and we will do all we can in the benefice to ensure that the solemnity is revealed through joy, hope and love.

Please read on and discover the process we invite you to follow as we all prepare for your special day.

Please also complete the wedding request form: this will send an automated email to the vicar.
